Hard to wear due to a very thin strap that is too wide for the buckle (located way too close to the bellows). Once donned, bellows flop around without blowing much air due to the body strap being in very little contact with the bellows (pic 1). Pic 2. for example is Hamish Moore bellows. After a couple of hours improving them (pic 3), they still put out far less air than any of my other bellows. Don't waste your money here.
