After contacting the company about my shipment, they assured me that it was not a scam and that there was an issue with the shipping label, and that I would receive it next week. Still feeling uneasy about the purchase, I did receive it that following week as promised. I'm so happy it was not fraudulent, and looking to crank it up. I PURCHASED ONE OF THEIR NEW HIGH END COMPUTERS. I PAID ADDITIONAL FOR A CD/DVD ROM THAT DIDN'T WORK. VIDEO SENT AS REQUESTED. IT WASN'T REPLACED. THE SOUND SYSTEM WENT OUT ALSO. I HAD VARIOUS PROBLEMS AND I TOOK IT TO A COMPUTER TECH BUSINESS. I FOUND OUT THE MOTHERBOARD WAS MADE IN 2011 AND DESIGNED FOR WINDOWS 10, BORDERLINE FOR WINDOWS 11 OPERATION. IT STILL DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY.
