Not quite in open box condition as stated though. When I took the generator out of the box for some reason the choke cable was disconnected and just hanging out of the front panel. It was a easy fix though as I just had to remove the front panel and reattach the retaining nut that was loose down inside the generator. I still feel however that for the price it was a really good deal. Minor inconvenience.

I had tons of roots in the bed I was telling and it seemed to get through it pretty well. I’ve heard that regular tillers get stopped by roots as well. I had to stop about five times to clear the blades, I completely understand because it’s tons of roots and grass mixed in with mud and dirt. It definitely is powerful enough to dig deep into the ground and break up any sort of debris. I would strongly recommend for anyone.

The three way switches could use more of an indent stop to help confirm when they are in the off position (center). The feel of the switch is very light and you need to pay attention by feel and visually. The digital meters are not sensitive enough on light loads where some did not read at all but mid or heavy loads read just fine. All in all the xfer switch does what it was intended for
