The item itself, once received, was as pictured/described, packed well, and finally received - without explanation - from the USPS. Communication and cooperation with the seller was first-rate; ebay was responsive but inflexible. Things worked out just fine but more effort than usual. The box that it came in was strong, no room for the vase to shift and break great job with the packing, when I opened the box the vase was a WOW, the glass is nice and thick, no chips or cracks, it looks better than what was pictured. and what was described.
