It wasn't about the item, it was about the way they handled the issue instead of just letting me return the item they were trying to only give me back a small portion and I was like no. To make a long story short I got my refund but I had to get alittle catty back. They said they accepted returns in 30 days but that's not the case. Return was accepted and refund was issued withing 10 days after I got the item back, but yes - before we finitized the return process, I offered a small partial refund and buyer could keep the item. There is nothing criminal in that , but some people have no good manners and respect for others
