Seller used a padded envelope & the item was slightly bent. I installed the touch pad and middle click button didn't work right. Had to take it all apart again, my 45 min job turned into a 3 hour job. I studied the pad and found the metal housing was bent causing the button at the bottom to be engaged all the time. I bent the metal back a little, studied the entire piece and finally got it to work properly.
