The seller argued with me that the item he sent was the only item he listed, despite my confirmation email indicating otherwise. It was a very unpleasant exchange which I won’t go into. Though in the end, the seller agreed to issue a refund, despite his "no refund” policy and he offered the name of another supplier from whom to buy the product. He was prompt with the refund, though I would be leery of buying from him again.
