After contacting the company about my shipment, they assured me that it was not a scam and that there was an issue with the shipping label, and that I would receive it next week. Still feeling uneasy about the purchase, I did receive it that following week as promised. I'm so happy it was not fraudulent, and looking to crank it up. They claimed that the case I ordered is no longer manufactured but, instead of letting me know and giving me the choice to go forward with the order or not, they kept quiet and sent me something else. When I wanted to return what they sent me, they refused, called me stupid, and I had to get eBay envolved to make them do the right thing. Learn from my mistake and choose another seller for your computer needs. He essentially received MORE than he paid for but has a history of abusing the eBay return policy, which is why his refund is being REJECTED. His long, trivial, and inane messages will not prevent his refund from being rejected and this is why he is lashing out in the feedback. All of that is perfectly fine because he will not be allowed to attempt to purchase from us again in the future.

He obviously has no idea what he is doing (despite our very clear instructions) and it is very clear that he nearly copy/pasted the prior unhinged feedback that was posted. If we are the "worst store in eBay history" - I believe we could have been banned by now. You are just lashing out and we have banned you from the store.
