I found the original hose had some cracks on the outside surface and decided to replace it (it was 36 years old). The filler hose actually runs inside the outer hose. The photos are of the inner hose of the assembly. It and the outer hose both are very inferior and have no rigidity at all. In fact, you can see in the pics the center fill hose was mushy. Now, I get to drop the tank and do this replacement again! Fun City! Yay!
