I really love their value of the customer, thank you so much for communicating back. It took a while to get here but I love it. The condition was still new, packaged with care. I contacted the shop saying that if it was too difficult or expensive, to cancel the order since I didn't want to be a bother, and they were really nice and prompt with replying! They were super nice about it and said to not worry and it would ship out soon Arrived totally safe and sound, figure is brand new and the box wasn't scuffed 3
