They told me to throw the filter in the bin and they would send out the correct filter, which they did. The only issue I had was the fact that the item was described as used, however, I didn’t really expect the item to not be clean. It was a little off putting. I messaged them and they said I could return it, however, I decided to keep it as I wanted a genuine Dyson product. Communication from this company is great.
