It will cost as much as the jacket to let the sleeves out the max which will be at most 1” and will still be too short. The label does not indicate a 42 long and you did not include measurement of the sleeves.

I tried contacting seller about the issue so that I could return the item even though they had no returns on the listing and they offered no help. I selected the option on ebay for the return and had hoped the seller would help, but they did not fix the issue nor would they even respond to me. Additionally this seller created the shipping label and then my item was very delayed getting picked up.
