The normatec set I bought came with bilateral arms and legs that connects to the compressor, bit the hip attachment must have been prior model as the connection piece doesn't fit into the compressor (it's a different shap(circular) and a different color (white)). Seller had not responded to two separate inquiries concerning this product. Therefore the company exhibits poor communication skills to their buyers and is providing mixed products

Seller didn’t answer when I reached out but honestly that’s totally okay. I’d absolutely buy from them again. The machine is essentially brand new, runs perfectly, no cosmetic damage, and for the price I paid that’s insanely awesome. So yeah! Just a heads up you might get a different color but the machine itself is top notch! Thank you!
