If the condition was truly "new" when shipped, horrendous and irresponsible packaging almost busted the thing. Box was wrapped in plastic bubble wrap and then shipped in a poly bag. No outer box to help protect it. Whatever dropshipper the seller uses is awful at shipping. The main Messmer statue itself is, surprisingly, fine. His spear is bent. The base is bent. Luckily, I can get him to stand. A little heat might fix the warp.
