I contacted the seller (again) and this time I got a very, very quick response and I appreciated what they did to make my transaction positive. I will consider using this seller again!

Unfortunately I received the wrong item. In the companies defense, the item was almost identical to what I order and the package was labeled incorrectly (ordered linen, but received cotton). The seller was very quick to respond to my message/return request. They apologized and gave me a full refund, including shipping and covered return shipping. Repurchased and am very happy.
