Very great value to me because they worked with me a little on price and they beat all competition to help me be able to afford multiple units I need to get. Solid local company that helps keep tech out of landfills and into the hands of those who really need these items.

Upon arrival I encountered a few minor issues with the product not performing as described which was understandable as it was refurbished.
