The merch box wasn't exactly in good shape, but the contents was definitely in good condition. It was unfortunate that the model I bought originally wasn't available, but the seller was willing to work with me and gave me a replacement. The headphones and case came delivered without all the included ear tips, thankfully I have another pair of these headphones to poach the small ear tips from but that could be a major error of the standard medium size ear tips don't fit you. Item was listed available in both blue and black. I ordered the blue version, but the seller then later asked if black would be fine. I mentioned I would prefer blue, but black is fine, and they then sent the black version.
