I like that this seller uses dhl express since this the company emails the customer and allows them to authorize a signature release. The puzzle itself was packaged well and arrived with no flaws - it was in brand new condition as described and the value was great - other sellers list the same puzzle for nearly twice the price. The only negative was an additional fee (~40% added to product cost) labeled as "shipping cost". It was probably due to an additional import duty imposed by the U.S., not the seller. This added cost caused a delay of several days because DHL failed to notify me.
