This customer purchased 3 separate auctions, totaling $19.97 in calculated shipping costs and received a $6.50 refund due for the combined shipping discount. This is a 32% discount on the shipping costs! Items were as described and were well packaged. The total actual shipping cost and the cost of the supplies ended up costing me more than what this customer paid in total for the shipping. Unbelievable.
