After contacting the seller and sending detailed pictures of the damages, he wrote that they are "sold as is" and he does not accept returning. I offered a compromise, but the seller literally laughed about me and wrote that I will not return the items anyway. All of international orders are processed through eBay’s international shipping program. They handle the overseas shipping and related support. Our domestic policies do not apply, but ebay does provide direct support for issues. The buyer always had the option to return the items under those policies but instead tried to pursue a full refund without a return for several days. Neither we nor eBay will issue a refund without a return.
