Because I had to pay an import tax on it's delivery, I was reluctant to return the camera as this would have left me out of pocket, so I contacted the seller ( who couldn't have been more helpful, and after explaining the problem agreed to a partial refund). I would buy from this seller again. The item was well packed and delivery was quick.
