Packaging poor as only in a plastic bag

I ordered a new remote and there was a problem but the seller instantly told me it was out of stock and suggested an alternative new compatible remote which was slightly cheaper. They refunded the difference in money and sent through the alternative new replacement which worked perfectly...just as they said it would! Excellent Customer Service- Sorting a problem with a solution! Thanks so much
