  There was a big delay in shipping. I checked the tracking and the seller did his part, but it did not leave California. Since I suspected the problem was with USPS, rather than contacting eBay, I decided to contact the owner directly. He agreed to research the problem for me. I got it three days later in Virginia in perfect condition! I had a mechanic install it and it worked perfectly! I will definitely buy from this seller again.

  Could not be any better. Received early. The packaging for my item was done very well and securely wrapped with no chance that it would be damaged in transit . This customer appreciates the sellers efforts . I just received the item and it is used so I cant rate it with any factual experience . And I dont want to forget to express my opinion.
