When I did get a reply from them they asked for photos to be via attachment and as it didn't seem to be working I rang them and was told emails would be fine, but apparently not so I tried again until I sent them in messages. They offered me a refund and yes I will have one and give the damaged books to charity. They were not friendly, they made me wait for simple replies and didn't put me at ease.
