The shipment was excellently packaged with two UPS padded bags plus another around the box and then placed into the UPS bag. Outstanding! Definitely buy from the seller!

Everything was, the only thing missing was the 2 year warranty card. After talking with WatchMaxx I was told since they aren’t a AD of Tissot they offer the same 2 year warranty. I couldn’t have asked for a better deal, got the watch a couple hundred dollars cheaper than MSRP. Shipping was fast. I’ll definitely check them out on my next watch purchase!

My criticism is that the warranty was from the seller and not the manufacturer. THIS WAS NOT SPECIFIED IN THE LISTING. The warranty from the seller and the manufacturer was the same, but a manufacturer's warranty would be honored at many more locations than just the seller's location.
