I've messaged the sellers and they offered to either send me a replacement box or arrange a refund for the broken one. I chose the replacement box and received it within 2 days. Seller immediately offered a partial refund which I accepted. Appearance as described, best price (especially considering this was for 3 boxes) I could find.
