We considered this item because of it s location (supposedly was located in Laverne, TN which is 3 hours away). But after ordering, the item was picked up and shipped from Connecticut. This took longer than the 3 day shipping advertised. If it was originally shipped from TN, then it should have gotten here in the 2-3 days which was acceptable for this business.

You should have described the part better in that it is actually the #488 type for cars and not the heavy duty type with 3/4" shaft for trucks. You are off the hook in that-- yes it does work on trucks, but id light duty caR TYPE.
