Wasn’t too difficult to install even without a lift but my truck does have a level kit. Had to remove two clips from the old pressed fiber splash guard and attach them to the chassis rails where this one attaches, but it wasn’t very difficult. Would def recommend.

It was definitely a new part, and it Came in padded delivery envelope, and was wrapped in foam in an OEM Ford Parts envelope. It came two days before promised delivery date, and the price was very fair. Fit's just like the original, and may be an improved or upgraded piece, since the numbers were not an exact match, but the fit was perfect and the appearance is identical.
