It was dealt with immediately, and refunded ... despite this, the customer service was excellent, which is why I wont write a negative review ... these things happen .... it was dealt with in a professional manner, which is quite refreshing on ebay

If it weren't for this problem than the item would be very good as it has both fork and hoe design which I had chosen it for. I was going to send it back because of the handle issue but decided to keep it because of its cheap price. I will try to fix the handle by using tape if that don't work than I will have to use it with unexstended handle.
