According to the chart in the listing, this means it should fit "M" size, which is for 14cm-20cm. However, I could not get it to fit as the muzzle was too small. Given that it was too small despite my pup's 18cm mouth being nearly right in the middle of the range that the M size supposedly can accommodate, I suggest purchasing one size larger than what your measurement matches on the chart.
