When I raised this as a complaint, they offered me a refund of £10.00. I said that this was not acceptable to me, and they then speedily refunded the full £44.45. I would not recommend this supplier, but the eventual full refund was speedy, so that is to their credit.

There was an issue with the size — which was actually my own mistake — yet they still offered a full refund without asking me to return the item. That level of generosity and understanding is rare.
