Mint is more commonly a additive then a base component in teas but can make a crisp cup of tea to flush out impurities. Might make you sleepy; might give you some drive.. Depends on your metabolism . I had a great tea with bit of mint, cold pressed, with sparkling mineral water... I had ordered a turquoise tea mug that I loved (the one I had broke) and yet it was a grey mug that arrived. A few hours after contacting the seller, she had written an apology and reissued my payment. She explained that she had a new supplier and sure enough, all the boxes said turquoise but inside were grey mugs.
