They were great and very communicative when I had worries about the package coming too late (it did not, in fact it arrived a bit early!) and even included a small handwritten note and keychain for free. The plushie is exactly how it was advertised in terms of measurements and looks, I’m VERY excited to see my boyfriend’s reaction when he will open his present and see the cutest plushie ever of his favorite pokemon.
