They allegedly tried to deliver before estimated date, then options for tracking and rearranging delivery were limited. Finally just dumped parcel on door mat without even knocking.

When I raised this as a complaint, they offered me a refund of £10.00. I said that this was not acceptable to me, and they then speedily refunded the full £44.45. I would not recommend this supplier, but the eventual full refund was speedy, so that is to their credit.
