The seller tried to say the picture of the belt online showed it as Navy, even though the written description was for a Black belt. We had a few exchanges and he was not willing to accept responsibility for the error. He said he did not have a black belt to send me. I offered to send the Navy belt back if he would give me his address, but received no response from him. I was not satisfied by his unwillingness to resolve this.

Since the sale included the condition “Returns not accepted,” I can’t return the belt for a refund. Regardless, they should refund me the entire amount of sale. Not my fault!
