There were a few hiccups with my order, an initial delay in shipping and an accessory missing, but they did their best to improve the situation. Never hesitate to message them if you have any questions, they are very kind. Once my order was shipped it arrived just a few days later and item was well packaged and in new condition. I was also offered a partial refund to compensate for the missing accessory. To the seller: Thank you for all your help!

The communication was also very pleasant and pretty fast even due to different time zones. Also I can tell, that it's an original nendoroid and the seller is transparent. In the description it is marked as used and on the package of the nendoroid is a sticker marking it as opened. I am a very happy customer and can without any doubts recommended this seller. I will come back.
