Then they surreptitiously modified the product description, changing the originally "returnable" option to "non-returnable." I did send a message within hours of this pre order to cancel item, as my autistic son had made a mistake in this purchase. I did not receive a message in return and was notified as decline purchase. It was a pre order done way in advance to allow grace in a chance to cancel.
