We asked if he could provide photos or videos, but the photos he sent didn’t show the product problem.When we pressed for details, he only said he’d gone to a store, where the staff called the product defective.We made it clear: since he’d had the product checked in-store, if valid photos/videos weren’t possible, an inspection report would still let us verify the issue and help with a claim.Yet, we got no response—only a negative review
