Contacted seller to explain I was missing eight screws. seller advise that he would ship them. I would have to cover the cost of shipping or purchase another item and he would put screws in with the new order. I don’t feel I should have to pay for additional shipping for items that should have been in the initial package. Other than that issue, the product is good. We only supply screws in packs of 20 or more & explained we would be able to provide the missing screws for coverage of shipping OR included them shall he place another order, which was done so there was no additional shipping fee. We apologize for the mix-up and are happy you are satisfied with your orders! Thank you for the honest review.
