It came in a nice ring box with a lab report indicating that the ring is authentic. Also I ask for the ring to be resized and the seller did it. Since they could not provide a prepaid label to send wrong item back the seller was kind enough to send me an additional very lovable gift. I understand that hiccups can happen, and it is very important when both parties do their best to resolve it. At the end, it was all that mattered to me. Amazing product (like the darkest night itself) and responsible service.
