There is the odd scratch and dent on the front, but I did buy in “good conditon” so to be expected. Under the cover it is like new. Reset to factory and came with battery life so I could set it up. Really happy with the purchase and the process!

Just to note, the RAM wasn’t mismatched — both modules were fully compatible and functioning correctly. The listing didn’t specify RAM speeds, and a slight difference in speed is normal and has no impact on overall performance. All systems are thoroughly tested and meet the listed specifications.

Unfortunately the product arrived with a fault but following some basic troubleshooting seller was quick to send us a replacement unit. Replacement unit works well, arrived clean and apart from minor cosmetic blemishes on the cover (which were described on listing and expected) the item feels and works almost like brand new. Would definitely use this seller again in the future.

The device I have now is exactly as advertised and working perfectly. Craig's communication throughout was brilliant and his customer service was second to none. Absolutely textbook customer service. Great job!!!
