In any case, we have a 99.4% rating and do ALL we can to maintain superior customer service. I am just a small business and this could have been rectified. I do apologize to this buyer but wish they would have reached out.

The product packaging itself was not the same as the picture but seller explained why and that is why I didn't give the product a 5 star rating.
