There was a delay with the distribution facility, and I was so appreciative of the seller for keeping me informed and even asked how they could make it right. I have a minor recommendation: the jacket arrived with a small dent/crease, probably from a knock in transit. It’s not that bad, but for longer shipments (as in my case, I ordered from Mexico), I’d recommend using sturdier boxes or at least some additional plastic wrapping. Aside from that, it’s splendid. I would buy from this vendor again.
