Not the seller fault its the manufacturer fault . The seller guaranteed they would cover not only all shipping costs, but also any tariff or other handling expenses. From shipping to my receiving it was 5-6 days, and the process was seamless. The drone was in an unopened box with a good serial number, and my registration of the drone with DJI and the US FAA was uneventful. Great service. And even went as far to give suggestions on the transformer/converter for power for the product. I highly recommend SooCompany should you choose to order items from Korea, they also offered the best deal when I was comparing products.
