The order was sent 2nd class as the value was under £20 after the 50% off offer I sent you. Royal mail 2nd class is insured up to £20. The cardboard back envelope is standard for sending cards, they provide sufficient protection and are used by all card sellers. My hands are tied on postage costs with ebays new simple delivery, it is set by them and I cannot change it. Please reach out if you want to resolve this.
