Arrived in undamaged condition. Didn't have instructions on how to sharpen a chain, but I watched you-tube video on geometry of a chainsaw chain and was easy to figure out. My chains now cut better than new!

The price was right and the item I'm sure was packaged correctly, however the shipping company looks like they threw it off of roof, I contacted seller through messages and they've offered me 10% returned due to the scratches and broken plastic housing.
