This seller is operating under deceptive trade practices. Willow Tree was advertised and pictured, but the item received was fake. I was offered $20, then 1/2 refund of a $140.50 purchase. See pictures below for proof. The 1st picture shows an authentic Willow Tree item next to the fake. The 3rd picture shows the actual Willow Tree wingspan; the second is the fake. The material is substandard.

I can understand due to the price of the hat you get what you pay fo,r is the saying. For the price it wasn't that bad. It didnt have that burn look to . I had to do it myself as seen in the pictures. I asked if the brim was a hard brim and not flimsy, it was a soft brim.
