Item arrived with damage that was not explicitly disclosed in the description and wasn’t clear in the photos provided. Seller didn’t respond to my shipping message at all, but DID respond immediately to my damage complaint by blaming me for not seeing that what looks like torn paper in the image was actually a hole punched through the item.
