I just expected better for 10X the original price.

The seller himself determined the price and ought to live up to his word and sell at the price that HE/SHE determined correct. I paid, received automated notice 9/12 that the order was being packed. A WEEK later, I received notice of a refund was issued. The seller is without honor; he did not keep his commitment to sell. He under-priced the item, his problem not the buyer's. In business one should eat their errors and learn not to make them again.
