The plastic piece in the photos below did not fit the mirror correctly. I could have done a little trimming with a razor blade to make it fit but I just decided to use the piece from the original broken mirror and it fit the new mirror perfectly. The 6pin plug fit perfect. The installation went very smooth. The complete install took about 10 minutes. Everything works great. AAA+
